A Resource Hub That Makes Information Easier to Manage
The Challenge
Avalon had its resource library stored in a Google spreadsheet. As the library grew, managing and finding information became more time consuming.
They needed a simpler way to organize resources internally and make them easier for clients to access.
WHAT WE DID
TymFlo built a searchable resource hub using Airtable.
The system gives Avalon's team a simple way to add, update, and organize resources without technical support, while clients can search and filter resources without logging in.
We also provided a branded QR code, flyer, social media templates, and team training to support the launch.
